Program description
LUX Michigan Text Updates is a recurring marketing text messaging program operated by LUX Michigan, Michael Stroud, and Nikki Snyder. Messages may include selected Michigan property listings, real estate market updates, Michigan Home Score information, and promotions for LUX Michigan real estate services.
Enrollment and consent
You may enroll through the public Text Updates form by providing a valid U.S. mobile number and affirmatively checking the SMS-specific consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked and optional. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing property or real estate services.
By opting in, you authorize LUX Michigan to send recurring marketing text messages to the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and will notify us if the number changes.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies, up to four messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. LUX Michigan does not charge a separate fee for the program.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any LUX Michigan marketing text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further marketing messages unless you opt in again. Other customary opt-out keywords, including UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT, may also be recognized.

Delivery and availability
Message delivery is subject to wireless network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LUX Michigan may suspend or discontinue the program or change its frequency, provided that any material change will not expand your consent beyond what you agreed to.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
